VIVEKANANDA JAYANTHI CELEBRATIONS

2022-23

Vivekananda Jayanthi Competitions were conducted to spread the messages of Swami Vivekananda on 12.01.2023.   10   schools and 282 students participated in the Interschool competitions conducted in our Vidyalaya. Chief Guest Sri.L. Ramamoorthy, Joint Secretary, VES distributed the prizes to the winners. Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Annanagar won the outstanding performance trophy and Bhakthavatsalam Vidyashram won the active participants trophy.

2020-21

Swami Vivekananda Jayanthi & Sri Hanuman Jayanthi  was celebrated.  Hanuman Chalisa was recited by the teachers.  From each department, teachers gave variety of programmes.  English department conducted quiz on life incidents of Swami Vivekananda.  Tamil Department did mono acting.  Maths department – Group discussion, Science department- Puppet show, Social Science- Villupattu.  Dance by Smt. D. Nithya, Dance teacher.  Correspondent appreciated all the teachers for their enthusiastic performance.

2019-20

Vivekananda Jayanthi was celebrated in a grand manner on 04.01.2020.  In the inaugural function, Sri. P. Kesavan, Addl.Correspondent addressed the students and inspired the students through his motivational speech. To spread the message of Swami Vivekananda various competitions were conducted. Students from 15 schools in and around Korattur participated in various competitions. The prizes were distributed to the winners in the valedictory session.
